Linkself provides a platform that connects users with listening advisors for emotional support, guidance, and conversation. Our service is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services.

3. User Accounts

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any violation of these Terms or illegal activity.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm others.
• Upload or share any content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, or infringes on anyone's rights.

5. Listener/Advisor Conduct

Listening advisors on Linkself are independent users, not employees of Linkself. While we strive to maintain quality, we do not endorse or guarantee the advice provided. Advisors agree to:

• Provide respectful, non-judgmental support.
• Maintain confidentiality (subject to legal exceptions, such as risk of harm).
• Not provide medical or therapeutic advice outside their qualifications.

6. Payments and Refunds

• Fees: If the Service includes paid sessions or subscriptions, all fees will be clearly disclosed. Payments are processed by third-party providers.
• Refunds: Refund policies will be specified at the point of purchase. Generally, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: All content on Linkself (excluding user content), including logos, text, and software, is owned by Linkself and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you post. By posting, you grant Linkself a license to use, display, and store that content solely to provide the Service.
